it's from the silicone being shoved in her chest. what a shame on the fake boobs though. From a guys stance fake boobs means big boobs, but from a girls stance it just sucks. i'm cynical when it comes to boob jobs. they are pointless and end up looking bad.

As a matter of fact, i'm actually not a fan of really big boobs because they are typically not shapely and usually look bad.
I'd much rather a girl have a nice set of perky boobs that fit her body proportionally. Some girls can take a bigger boob and look good... some end up looking very fake.
