Hi All,
I just bought a 98 SVT and love it. It is a blast to drive. I am trying to fix all the little issues I have found. I am going to attach some pics, but here goes. The passenger side headlight assembly is broken in at least 2 places. The grille seems to be broken in 1 place. Is there a cheaper place for these replacement parts? These issues are making the front valence loose. I have a hole puncture in the back bumper. I am missing a piece of weather stripping on the back passenger door. My mechanic is quoting me some high prices on these fixes. Also, I remember seeing someone mentioning some aftermarket cup holders.
The care has been very well cared for. One owner, full repair records for timing belt, water pump, improved suspension, potenza tires etc. Any help would be awsome.
Thank You,
Rastafat

First off, Welcome to CEG
second, from what you have said, i would suggest going to a junkyard to try to find some replacement parts. also, PM Black 98 CSVT because i think he has a black rear bumper...maybe. As far as the light, check out a junkyard or buy a new one, they are expensive, but you would be amazed at how good a clean and intact light looks on these cars. now, weather stripping, junkyard for sure, or look in the classifieds for someone parting out a CSVT.
Good luck with the car and enjoy CEG
