New wheels on my CTS-V

I never really liked the red line, so luckily when I got them the line was that color. It was never a bright red, so that is good.

I honestly liked the other wheels better. I'm not a fan of black wheels on a black car unless it at least has a polished lip or something.

But its still the standard GM hard plastic that people complain about. Believe me I love the old and new CTS models but no one would climb into one and think it was equal with something German.
You drive a Ford Contour. Are you seriously saying that a Cadillac CTS-V is sub-par comparatively? :help:

Either of these would look SICK in black.

Randy, the wheels are:drool::drool::drool: but now you need to PM Parkedcar and get some decals for the centercaps, he can make you whatever you want. His work and customer satisfaction are second to none as anyone here in the CEG can attest who's delt with him. I'm thinking the actual "V" logo myself, check it out!

The words cheap, hard and plastic may apply in comparison to its German rivals for sure, but lets use some other words though, I mean CHEAP, HARD AND PLASTIC should always be used to describe Chrysler products, have you looked at the interior of the Caliber:rolleyes: Seriously, how much money does Tupperware make off of them....

Could be the VW fan in me but it would look tits lower... So do it or you might get pulled over by the low enforcement, stance unit.

Ugh yes! A friend has an SRT Caliber that he adores and I cannot understand why.

Lets not be silly. The CTS interior blows the Contour interior out of the water but then again a BMW/MB interior blows the CTS interior out of the water.

randy,
from one CTS-V owner to another... :) do the center caps of the new wheels come out? (like the CSVT ones).

if so, just get these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car...c0.m245&_trkparms=72:1171|65:12|39:1|240:1318

PM for other stuff. dad and i have done a lot to ours.

I am going to try to sand the paint off of these and see if I have that underneath. The Caddy center caps are an image under a thick layer of clear plastic, so I may be able to recover it. If not, I plan on just repainting the caps a higher gloss black and going the custom sticker route as someone here suggested. A matching V logo Like the one on my caliper would be cool.

Yes, but how much more is a comparable BMW/MB? Have you been in the latest CTS? They improved the interior dramatically.

Indeed they have. The old CTS was nice and the new one is very nice. I have driven one (with the sweet ass DI v6) and not only was the seat uncomfortable but the two places where my legs/knees rest were hard and would have left bruises had my driving been a little more spirited. That never happened in the M3 I used to co-own and take to the track.
