Bacon dilemma ,So the weather cooled down enough to cook some bacon So you open the last of three packages of bacon that has been in the fridge a week or so and find a couple of very small mold spots, but no odor or anything what do you do ?Don't want to hassle with taking it back to the store ,and can't bring yourself to throw it out after all its bacon .Oh hell just cut out the bad spots and cook it ,As you may know a dry aged Virginia ham will have mold and it's supposed to be there so it's all good
