I just called to reserve the lanes.
When I called last week, they didn't give me the weekend rates. derr
So it'll be $4.50 for shoes and $4.75 per game (not a big change in price).

They're going to give us 8 lanes to toy with, so we don't have to cram 6 people in each lane if we don't want to. That way if more than 30 of us show up, we won't have to worry too much about it.

They accept payment after we're done playing, they just ask that we don't have 30 different people paying, so I'll have to collect the dough from you all and go pay it all in one lump sum.

So we're all reserved for 1:00.
Mike and I are going to try to get down there at around 12:30 just to meet in the parking lot and assemble the group before heading in.

and i can't believe what they charge for shoe rental!!
most places i have ever been its either $1 or $2
they get the shoes for about $5 a pair!!

yeah I've never paid more than $3 for shoe rental. Then again, that was at little dinky bowling alleys.

Sounds like a plan. I've never bowled at an AMF before!!! Actually I've only bowled 10 pin at one place. And before the league this year that was probably 5 times.
