So Ford built this car the way we are seeing it right now? Or are they saying it was a prototype built by Ford, which was then built up for racing after?

Maybe it was a prototype built by Ford then turned racer. Maybe it was the one in the sales video because of the Merc rear reflector.

So it never showed a mystique reflector bar, like the one on ebay. It just had mystique tails.

was thinking the same. this is one confusing car. . everything about it is mystique. the engine bay's size is a mystique's. why would ford start tuning a car when they hadnt even made a decision on the final product?
