OFFICIAL MEET: GAS WORKS PARK SEATTLE...

Sorry guys I got tied up watching the Rockets extend their streak to 22.:cool: After the game I had too many Pabst in me to drive safely, and for some odd reason didnt get DDV's voicemail til 9pm. :shrug: Im planning to be installing my transmission along with a few other things after Easter. So I'd be up for a drive or something like that. Maybe even head over to Leavenworth for a brat and a beer. :drool:

Funny story...when you drove by and reved up, there were a couple of guys standing there who made a laughing comment, something like "damn ricers" or whatever. I had to interject "actually, that was a Ford, and it's pretty fast" I ended up showing them my car. I think they were impressed, mainly because they asked intelligent questions. Maybe one of them was converted!

Why do meets always get planned in such a rush? I was busy Saturday and will be busy this coming saturday. Planning a meet on the 12th and having it on the 16th bearly gives people time to find the meet thread sometimes.

Next time can we plan the meet a couple seconds out so that people can make plans?:shrug:
 
Sorry Bugz, but the date and time were published on the 4th of March. I understand that being short notice though. I have another thread for April up. I'm hoping for April 19th or 20th, which would give everyone over a month. What do you say?

YES! I should have my clutch broken in by then. This should be a cruise IMO.

And I really looked forward to seeing the Tropic SVT at that last meet, I've never, ever seen one in person. I have some ideas/suggestions for you that I think would make your car amazing. Just small, relatively easy things that would really enhance the atmosphere of the car. I'm not sure, but I think I could make it to a meeting on the 19th or 20th.
 
Excuse me Gents, but Shotwell set up a new thread for the next meet. How about we move that discussion over to where it belongs.
