If you see a dual exhaust Cougar at the car show on the 22nd, he's a fairly new NECO member - encourage him to come to Sat's meet. I've told him to look for you on the 22nd & about the meet on the 23rd.
 
yesterday i got a chance to drive the SVT for the first time in like 5 months. i drove it around the block and it felt so odd but exciting. i also rinsed it off a bit. found out my sunroof motor is not working :( but its ok. at least it looks good from the outside...lol lol
 
Well my car is currently in the air at a dealership, it was a dealership I liked until they told me 1500 for a new trans, and now they want 1100 just for labor to put in the diff. I will put it in a local shop that I trust, that will cost 880 to put the diff, clutch, and flywheel in. But its going to take 2-3days. Im cutting it close. Dont worry, Ill make it for sure.
 
I dunno if I'll have a car till the 23rd; still looking (so if you know of any good Contique on sale give me a note;)).

Anyways, is there someone from Miami heading to the meeting?
 
I wish I could say woo hoo. the car is still in the shop with the trans out waiting for the diff, clutch, and flywheel to arrive. If the package doesnt get here by tomorrow morning I dont think I will be able to make it on friday night :nonono:. I have been driving the fiancees saturn for almost a week now. Im dying. I am just praying for that box to get here by tomorrow so I can get back in my car and make it to the meet. I mean IM THE ONE BRINGING THE BUNS! :laugh:

Damn, I hope that SVT is all together by Friday. Check your PM's too so we can work on time and place.

I could always pick you up if your willing to go w/o the 'tour.

No woo hoo for me either, was hoping the fuel pump was here, might not be able to bring the wifes new SVT! Sucks!
 
The car is not ready. Can we start planning for the next meet on sunday:blackeye:? This sucks, maybe I will drive down to west palm when the car is fixed. seems like there is a lot of CEGers that live down there. Im really sorry I cant come. I wanted to meet everyone. Ill be looking forward to next meet.
