Oh the weather...

Driving home from a friends house in Plymouth last night at around 8pm I couldn't even see the front of my car the fog was so bad! I was just praying someone wasn't going to come flying up behind me or that someone was slow driving in front of me! I made it to Amanda's safely and then we went to see National Treasure

The fog was fun in the geo. Went xmas shopping last night with the boy. He was scared it was so foggy out. I like fog makes the boring drive more interesting.

I went with a buddy of mine last night to Fotana, wi to some hotel party.. we left monona, wi at about 9 or 10 pm drove through pouring rain all the way there... then we come out at 5am to his car being frozen shut, rear drivers side wheel wouldn't release from the e-brake, had to drive around the parking lot until the damn thing loosened up a little, then preceeded to drive back to monona in the snowy weather, we had to stop like literally 5 times because the snow was blowing sooo badly we couldn't see past the headlight housings... it was insane, then I get to my car around 7 am in monona to have my drivers door frozen shut... so I get in the passenger side and free the drivers side, just to have the latch not function properly... door wouldn't latch back shut.... so I drove from Monona to Sun Prairie, and at the SP exit my door finally latched for me, but the whole way from monona to SP I had to hold my door shut :( got 3 hours of sleep then went to work to put up with some more BS.... now I finally get to sit down, relax, and work on my computer...

Nice, I'll have to go see it sometime...... Well almost flipped the jeep tonight.. person slid into my lane and was heading right twards me.. i hit my brakes to slow down.. wrong move... the rear end swung out and shot me into the ditch and spun me around and hit the snowbank that was like concrete and pitched the jeep in air.. i was looking straight at the ground from my drivers side window.. so i sit in my jeep for about 5 min just taking in what happened.. and realizing that the tool that swerved into my lane never stopped.. so after 10 min. of rocking the jeep.. I finally got her out... thats my adventure for tonight..

wow dude... crazy!

thanks for the weather report last night when we were on our way home... we ended up bypassing Fondulac and headed to Milwaukee instead.. then went to Madison... figured that the main roads would have been better than the backroads.

Not sure if that was the case... people were flying in the ditch all around us.. I'd see quite a few attempting to follow my Subie and then watch their headlights veer into the ditch.. it was insane slippery and craptastic.. awd or not I took my time - thankfully none of the ditch divers were infront of me.. had that been the case I'm not sure I would have been able to stop or quickly go around them

we went past a REALLY bad accident on 94 - looks like it was a serious rollover and I think some people died :(

made it thru a 2 ft drift in my driveway though. :)

now - off to work :(

We just had a wind advisory (and it was cold as hell) yesterday. Still is cold as hell, but we hardly got any snow!

Take any damage dude?

BTW!!! Merry Xmas everyone!!!

alignment is off.. and my rear end is about an inch over to the right.. other than that.. everything is good..

got about 8 more inches today.... Yeeehaw!

Subie has been worth every damned penny I've spent getting it so far. I'm currently attempting to talk Wayne into us selling his Ram and the last SVT (his) and picking another Subaru up.

I believe my SVT (now owned by Marky) has offically hit California or is about to any day now.

I'm sorta jealous... both my Cougar and now my SVT are in warm places enjoying some beautiful weather year round (California and Arizona) :(
