P1405 Code?!

As title states, p1405 - Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic Sensor circuit Upstream Hose Code -what does this mean?

Upstream hose came out or broken.

Click on Figure 1 for the hose location (yes, the bottom hose is the upstream, HI signal).
Click on Figure 2 for DPFE location.

Edit. If it came out, check to see if the hose is clogged or if the Bank 1 (firewall side) Precatalytic converter is clogged. How-to in Duratec How-to.
