Painting ideas

This winter I'll have time to fix the blemishes on my front bumper and the lower corners of it that have been curbed. Sand the headlights and paint them along with the oval to T-Red. Bear with the size if they're huge...

Here is my car now...

And this is what I think I want done over the winter, touched up the bumper, T-Red eyelids...Couldn't figure out how to photoshop the oval chrome thing T-Red but you get the idea.

Tell me what you think, if any other idea.

I've never been a fan of the black painted skirts and everything but john pulls it off real well

For some reason in the PS it looks like the conty is squinting its eyes and biting its lip :laugh:

+1 for the eyelids.

I'm not entirely a fan of the black sideskirts either but yeah, he does pull it off. thats why i opted to go for just the center painted black. My buddy Alex (The Five Oh!) Gave me the idea for those eyelids, i just used my mad PS skillz. Now that you say it I do see the squinty eyse and biting the lip..

Good or bad? It looks completely different from what i've seen on here but still looks good. Lemme know.

other then a major paint job *two tone* there isnt much that can be done. get your oval paint matched to T-Red. maybe hightowers and CF hood will be enough to change your mind. also painting the entire front lower fascia is easy. not only easy, when it gets scuffed its easy to cover up. now i've never been a huge fan of eyelids but to each his own. and yellow fog lens is a negative ghost rider. get some hella's and change the bulb.

squinty lids are hit or miss. Here are a few other photoshops i've done.

also another way to see if will like the painted front fasica is "car art spray paint" look for it at autozone or pep boys. it washes right off and doesn't stick. just a easy quick way to see it without PS

i personally like the way eyelids look painted on Top & Bottom. t-red eye-lids look nice!
