people who don't move to the left when making a left turn. instead they sit right in the middle of the road and block you and a hundred other people behind you from moving forward.

geez...i always pull up to or onto the center line. sometimes if i have to i'll even go over it a little to allow traffic behind me to pass (some roads here are really narrow)

EDIT: and the idiots who sit behind said retard making a turn when there is clearly room to maneuver around them.
