Pet Peeves.

Stupid people that think the docking station for their laptop requires a battery, and they are probably(assuming as I haven't looked) using the 60W vs the 90W power supply.

Just fyi there are many laptops out there that run at lower speed when a battery is not present.

Right, the laptop will run slower, however this person wasn't talking about the laptop itself, they were talking about the docking station that sits on the desk and connects to all the peripherals. There's not even a spot for a battery on our docking stations. As reference this is what the person was saying needed a battery, not the actual laptop

Pet Peeve:
Going to an orthopedic specialist an hour away and getting the crap beat out of my shoulder, not once but twice; once by the specialist's medical student and then the doctor himself.
That's why I haven't been on in two days, I can't move!
Today was yet another shoulder MRI and damn, I'm not feeling so good. :( I like it when people leave my shoulder alone.

When I had my back surgery, I had to do lots of physical therapy. Much of it did hurt, alot. But on the flip side, the girls were really hot, and a massage was part of the therapy!! Now the little electrode thingys,....well, my (mental health) therapist says not to talk about that yet.

Seriously, Luca, once your shoulder is good again, it will be worth the pain, I hope. Are they at least givin' ya the good stuff? Hope you feel better, I don't want you bailin' at Carlisle this year. ;)

I've been through tons of PT and really don't want to go back...EVER!

This specialist said there is something going on but at this point, he's not sure what, that's why I had to have another MRI. I really don't hold out hope, been to many, many specialists and no one knows what is wrong.
My shoulder will never be good. :( This has been going on since 1987. I've learned to accept the pain, all the specialists say it will never go away.
You'll see me at Carlisle, at the hotel.

thats kinda like when I broke my collar bone and the first thing the the doc did was to start poking at it and then said yep it's broke. lets go get an xray:mad:

No one need smuggle us, we'll be at the hotel. Aaron, you don't need to stay at the hotel to hang out with us.

Party in the gazebo. :)
Someone remembered that I am a JD fan. :D

Brad, I hear ya! Been there and done that... many times. :( Not fun.
I have to wait three weeks to see the specialist again but maybe he'll have an answer for me. One that I haven't heard before. ;)

Pet Peeve: When someone calls me a lightweight!

Another pet peeve: When you meet this awesome, gorgeous chick, talk to her a bit, only to find out that she "kinda" has a bf. FML.

you don't go to PT?
do you at least do exercises at home?

And why aren't you showing your car at Carlisle this year? I'm not always good at reading between the lines.

I still continue to do the PT. I have gone to PT over 1,000 time for my shoulder, worked my ass off to get back my range of motion and was successful. The first surgery that I had carries a big risk of not getting full ROM back, the specialist was very impressed that I did.

During my third surgery they took away some of my ROM purposefully.
Basically after all the years of playing softball, I now can't throw very well because of that surgery. :(

I don't go to PT anymore. The last time was about four years ago. I do continue to do all the shoulder exercises at home though.

I will be at Carlisle, but not at the fairgrounds.

Zorrex: I didn't say anything about holding your liquor. ;) I was talking about it burning your stomach. :D
You're too young to drink anyway so... step away from the Jager.
