Pic Request: White SVT

i remember working on that car when it was still red in Matt's garage in canton, oh....it was one of the first 3L's to run correctly after having to put a new block in b/c the 1st block was not what it thought it was as far as mileage etc....that car was at one time just the body with a front windshield in it in it's transformation into what it is now.

My 2 cents...

My 2 cents...

Like the color, but for driving around Wisconsin... I don't think I would like it.... white gets to looking dirty wayyyyy toooooo easy around here, espically in the winter... I think if I was going to repaint my car.... I would do a similar paint job to a guy I knows explorer. He painted his explorer yellow with metallic flake so it sparkles, ghost flames in front, with a white tribal band wrapped around the front end/hood. That thing turns heads like no other!

I've found that white seems to hide the winter dirt pretty well, since it is white salt on top of white car.
Out of anything, I've found that white is more difficult to shine up than other colors.

You forgot the end of the story. He apologized and agreed to put a parkedcar logo decal on his car so people know the designer. He loved the design and was trying to emulate it (as a lot of people on this site do with their cars) .. I seem to recall he didn't know parkedcar designed/made/charged for vinyl.

Yep...that's the story. :)

I just put this car up for sale in the classifieds section. I just don't have the space or need for it any longer. I need to get back to finishing up some other projects and this is my 6th car currently.

Check there if interested.
