Is black the only option on the powder coating? Will this be a flat black or glossy?

Once I see the prototype I will be able to determine if I want it PC'd. I have to decide what would look better on Silver Frost. Not sure how the contrast of the black would look.

The finish will most likely be matte black. The reason for making it black is so that's it's basically invisible...

quick question, I have the splitter, and lets say it was a bit abused and what not. Looks more like a bunch of shark teeth if I sand it down and only re-fiberglass the edging so that it is missing the 1/4 inch in front, will this still fit? sorry if that doesn't make sense

It should still fit but it's going to stick out a 1/4" more than it should....may not look right.

You may have missed it earlier Rick, but I've given a price of $20 to powder coat the skid plate before shipping.

Initial prototype for shaping and CAD design is finished in 1/4" ply. I'll get some picturess up ASAP, most likely tomorrow. I'll be working this week on the final CAD rendering and then it's time to burn an aluminum prototype for final model tweaking.
