my brother came up with this real quick yesterday. the weight is obviously not going to work but he is going to try some other metals and see if they would hold. but can you guys see if the angle is good for having enough space and if the width of them is wide enough?

why go through all that trouble?? just use the mustang 2x8 ramps. they're cheap and rock solid. a little heavy to move, but inless you're a sissy it'll be fine.

Something I read, either on here or haynes manual or something said not to lift on the front subframe though I have done it. Just putting it out there that it may not be good to do. Though with a lowered svt, without a very low clearance jack, it's hard to lift from there anyways.
I dont use ramps so no real input there. I think those mustang ramps are best idea.
I have to put boards down at work to get my car on the alignment rack. And it still clips the passenger side skirt when I back off, sometimes making it pop out of the thing it clips in.

If you can find them, they make ramps that come with plastic extensions for low sitting cars. Thats what I've always used with mine, although, I don't know if they'll still work now that I've lowered the car.

I've always used the front subframe to lift the front end without problems. I also used my 3 ton jack and it fit just fine underneath my SVT with the Koni kit.
