Rough idle, dimming lights

Brian, I wanted to do some datalogging to send to Nautilus and see if my tune can be adjusted any. The only problem is i dont have a laptop. Is there any chance that sometime in the future you would be able to help me out with that? If not, no big deal.

sure let me know when you want to do that ... or maybe this weekend at the dyno ....

So i went out to put some dialectic grese on all my spark plug boots as a suggestion from Brian for another problem. I pulled all the spark plugs while i was at it to look at the condition of them and check the gaps. Everything looked fine until i got to the last plug, cylinder #3. The tip was almost completely gone and the gap was at about .75. I picked up a new plug and put it in. But what causes something like this?

Something else i noticed.... After having the battery disconnected for an extended period of time, resetting the ECU, It seems to idle much better for the first couple days. After that the idle starts to act up again. Its not bad by any means, i'm actually getting used to it. What would cause that to happen? Adaptive learning?
