Working on that... its been driving me nuts too. I dunno if its the forum or the server.
all you need to do is check remember me when you log in and you will not be loged out after 10 minutes

I'm logged off every 10, and I do click remember me. its annoying
i would say so. I was initially logged off but then I used the remember me.
Maybe it has something to do with an indivudual used internet browser setting?

The site used to kick me out if I didn't refresh or view another post in what ever time period. The first couple times I tried the "remember me" box it did not remember me, but now it does.

not sure if it could be done but I think alot of people would like to have the flashing pm button when a message is received ...

FWIW, in your profile options there is a place to get a pop-up window when you recieve a new PM.
Also, Mark, I've never had an issue with being logged out every ten minutes. . .

This was an issue brought up when we first migrated to Vbulletin.
Without this in place, those who view the forums in "list" mode instead of "threaded" mode have no reference, no flow, no conversation tree. Posts appear at random in the order they were MADE, and not in reference to the post they were made ABOUT.
(ie.. if someone reads THIS post two days from now, and the thread has since gotten 10 more replies, they would simply click the "reply" button (not the
