Some will hate me...

CSVT2200 FTMFW....... E1's look good... I just think its going to be a bit to dark.....

Well when I get them on in a couple months, i'll take some pics and show you just how good they do look. Remember the lighting wasn't real good when I took those pics either...

I like them. Good job.

Getting to be an old post but I've used that paint as well. I would've taped the tires after getting new ones put on because they can easily get scratched while mounting the tires. But with the beauty of spray paint, I can just touch the probe wheels up every spring before I put them back on and they look amazing

I've had plenty of people who thought they were aftermarket wheels

You know...I was thinking of doing this exact same thing last week. Did you sand em down before the paint? Any primer? How many coats of clear and what type did you use? That looks really nice man, hopefully mine will turn out that good... I think it will look pretty cool on a silver frost. Could you either post or send me a pic of one of the wheels on your car?

I like the Idea and the rims alone look Hot especially with the job you did! And no i dont hate you, Its just not my style I think its going to be a bit too much Black or darkness on the car! I always think a polished or colored lip will bring out everything!

This is the same question I have. I wasn't sure how you prep the wheels before paint. I have a set of rims that I wanted to do in black.
