Tent for Carlisle 2010 AFN

Pay period ended today, registration for Carlisle is pay check deposit pending!

Somebody needs to represent the Non-SVT...might as well be the crazy with the hood scoop, automatic, green •••• covered engine dressing, speed demon! hahahah
 
Let's just say we do not get the big tent.....I have a 10x10 that I could bring....:shrug:

Of the nine people registered, only five folks have contributed towards the tent. We need approximately $70 more in order to complete the reservation. If I don't have enough money by this Friday, the tent registration form will not be submitted and I will refund everyone their payment.

Let me move some funds around and I'll PM you, let me know how much exactly that we need and I'll see if i can go ahead and cover it now.

I have received another contribution for the tent...we now need $50 in order to complete the reservation by May 14.
 
Should be able to have it, just not sure if I can by Friday. Sun. for sure, I'll shoot you a PM sometime tomorrow to narrow that down some. Sorry for delay, not all my cars are as reliable as the Pearl.

Ok, keep me posted. Everyone who has registered should consider contributing some amount towards the tent. As a reminder, I need to have $175 by tomorrow in order to complete the registration on time or it will not be sent in.
 
Just sent a good chunk to you Paul. 'Tis gonna be a good year. That tent is gonna be HUGE with 9 people under it. LOL :D
 
Thanks to Mike's contribution and the generosity of others, we now have the enough for the tent. The reservation form will be submitted tomorrow. I will still accept contributions for the tent up until and during the weekend of AFN. Any additional payments made will go back to folks who paid much more than their share.
 
I have received everyone's payment...thanks, boys. ;) Partial refunds were issued to some folks who paid more than their share. As of today, everyone who has contributed has contributed an equal amount towards the tent.

I have also received the receipt for the tent reservation and corresponding confirmation today...additionally, as long as everyone's windshield sticker indicates classes B090 or B091, then all is good. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the AFN.
 
Fyi, all contributors have been issued a small refund...everyone has now payed an equal amount towards the tent.
