I need an SVT, but thats another story...
I don't really need anything, but I was curious... I have been looking for an SVT with a blown motor/trans to pick up cheap and fix... So far no real luck. The one guy that posted about his in here hasn't gotten back to me in like a week and a half, so im assuming I won't be getting that one...
Sorry i never got back to you about that tranny, the one i got from Chris ended up going in the Dumpster
my mechanic didnt feel like trying to frankenstien the pre98 rob and post98 cable trannies together. Dont blame him. And he dumpstered them before i could do anything.Chris im going to take some pix tonight and some tomorrow morning. The rust is getting kinda bad, its body is NOT in perfect shape by anymeans and the wiring hareness is iffy. But you dont seem to mind taking cars completely apart. But as far as the parts, the smoked tails have yet to be installed but are in the trunk. The Exhaust was never installed but has been sitting in my garage if you still want it, the leather has been installed and is niiice.

What about the intake ?? Cold-Air or Warm-Air ??
It has a K&N short-ram intake from a CTA motor sports on it. Depending on what chris decides you got dibs. I also think i have the orignial airbox at home.
I already have a warm-air setup - was hoping it'd be a CAI .
. Of course he likes it ... it's a VW !!
Not to REPLACE the SVT ... maybe just to COMPLIMENT it .
