aren't they illegal in PA anywaY?? every time i buy them at phantom, they make me sign a paper saying i'l have them out of the state in 24 hours.


and they should be legal....or atleast they should stop breaking bawlz like they used to. when i was little, nobody bothered you about anything. it was great.
 
They are illegal in PA. There are signs on the door at Phantom stating that PA residents aren't allowed in the building.

There have been huge crack downs lately. A co-op of PA State Police and the NJ S.P are working together; a NJ (and CT residents) resident buys the fireworks and drives into NJ, NJ State Police pulls them over for possessing fireworks, transporting them across state line, etc.

NJ is asking PA to make it illegal for any citizen, from any State, to buy fireworks in PA. The legislation is pending.

They want the fireworks companies to only sell to licensed companies.

For everything PA doesn't have, yes. Even the backwoods like Dubois have cops who love to bust "punk kids"
