could you please explain that? do u mean bein if it doesnt have glazing or things of the sort? cuz i am definetely either doin this or puttin in a spec stage 3
All I'm saying is if the pressure plate isn't grooved, or burned/cracked from a slipping clutch, then you'll be fine by just deglazing it with some 3M scotchbrite pads and a die-grinder. Then the same with the flywheel IF the flywheel has no groove from where the disc was wearing in. To be honest, I'd just buy a new SVT flywheel from Bill J. these days if you are unsure of the flywheel status and it has been machined once before.
The pressure plates rarely go out unless something was wrong or unless the clutch has been in a very long time.
