i will try and paint mine on, when i get new lamps. and try it out on my old ones. but sometimes it can be hard to get the paint to match perfect. also when using paint do i need to worrie about light bleading through? and if so did you use a darker base coat.

i used a plastic adheasion promoter.. 3 coats of primer.. sanded down with 800 grit.. sealer.. base then clear... no color shows through them..

I've posted this picture before in a different thread. but i post it up again just to show how simple it is and how it can turn out w/ some patience. (i did mine in a little over an hour) and they still came out nice. i'll spend alot more time on them when i get my new headlights as i did the 1st set as a test.
