I have been having hesitation issues like Kingpin has so I decided to check the resistance on my Magnacores and check out my Autolite XP plugs. So far I've checked 4 out of the 6 cylinders. Currently all of the wires seem to be within specs of resistance ratings but what is odd was the color of my spark plugs. Starting with cylinder 6 it was kind of red on one side with normal black on the other. Then on #5 it had the same effect, but not as much. #4 looked pretty normal. Then when I got to #1 this is what I found, so far the worst (and there is 2 more to go)

I had hesitation issues right after the install of my trans but I thought it might of been bad gas, even though it was only a month old. So upon filling the tank I also ran octane booster with the premium which should have also served as a fuel cleaner but I have no idea if that would have caused this. What might of happened or caused this? I'll be replacing the plugs tomorrow.

BTW: these plugs have ~5K miles on them IIRC

I now have the hesitation issue figured out and solved for now. One of the wire ends on the magnacores was loose and was barely making contact with the spark plug so every now and then it would misfire. I kind of pinched it a bit with a pliers and filled my tank with some fresh gas with no cleaners and it was a smooth ride home. Now to see that magnacore sends me a replacement. Also as an update all 6 wires were within resistance specs.

Thank you to all who responded and hope this thread helps anybody else
