Urgent help required

as for the crank bolt if it is a stick leave it in gear sould be able to break losse if it is an auto there is a hole in the bottem of the trans for just this put a thick screw driver up there and it will hold the crank.
o and one more thing BUY THE CAM BAR AND CRANK PIN KIT they are a must to do this job right

How's it running now?
Running great, exhaust for the noisy exhaust (leaking flexpipe) though idle seems off a tad. Idles for a minute than I get a small jump in RPM and settles back down to normal idle. Seems I am getting more power/response, but that might just be me not driving it for a week.

BTW, I had all my pulleys, tensioners, timing belt, and serpentine belt replaced for about $450. That included all parts, labor, and tax.

Well I am not too worried about the cost. As for the price you paid, oh well. Would have been nice to say that before though! I'd point out too that your paying in American dollars and I am paying in Canadian dollars. Yeah I know even with the currency conversion there's still a gap but what ya gonna do, it is done now.
