Vibrating noise

I just replaced the trailer arm bushings in the rear with the ES type bushings and now whenever I brake hard at higher speeds I'm getting some type of loud vibrating noise coming from the rear driver's side. I just finished it last night and started driving it again today when I heard the noise. Anyone know what this could possibly be or have any suggestions? Everything is bolted down tightly and I made sure to lube the bushings and sleeves before I installed them.

Did you resolve this issue? How many miles do you have on it? I hear a rattle from the right rear drivers side of mine. I hear it when I go over bumps. I'm wondering if it could be the suspension. Are the bushings that you installed like the photo attached?

I think I had slightly overtorqued the trailer arm thru bolt at the knuckle, causing some the sleeve to be compressed between the bolt location at the knuckle. I loosened and retorqued the bolt and now the erratic noise has disappeared.
