What current projects are you working on?

Future plans
New engin and a automatic to manual convertion

probably cheaper and a lot easier on you to just buy a different car. my friend has had hondas and did a tranny swap. said he would never do it again.

Yep, you are better off using some of the money for other mods/paint job for the car.

Looks like you've done a lot of work to the car already, big project you've got there.

installing a spec stage 2 clutch and spec flywheel, buying another svt, building a new motor, putting the new motor in the new svt..... a few know the details, i will post pictures while the motor is being built

Bat shipped me the rest of my brake parts!!! Installing later this week...

I gotta say, Bat is quick to ship... I ordered Thursday night right before they closed and had the parts Monday morning... :)

well the contour is back together so now I need to install my side markers, need to make the fender whole alittle larger and I need to install my mirko battery tiedown, as well as get the car to its storage location tomorrow afternoon ...

Brian - you're doing a-6 markers , right ? No need to enlarge that hole & scratch off that new paint (exposing metal for possible rust :( ) . The marker can be dremeled down enough to make 'er fit .

Yay! The new LCA's are on, car is being aligned as we speak (read). What a HUGE difference. Ryan, I'd help you with the new Y-pipe. I can provide the garage if you provide the beer.;) Seriously, though, if you need a hand, let me know.

It's gotta be dremeled down pretty thin , but it can be done - many have done it , including me  . I do , however , remember thinking the same thing ... "how much more must I grind  ?" .

You're telling me... Evidently the E0 caliper spring is hard to come by too. I *think* I may have a correct ford part number now though...

I'm pissed at BAT... When I called asking about a replacement for the spring he said they were out of them and then refused to give me a refund for the spring that broke. Keep in mind, i've installed these clips before, they're not hard to install... The guy at BAT basically told me that they wouldn't return it because I "probably installed it wrong"... Oh well, I was gonna order some struts or possibly a suspension kit from them in the spring... Their loss... :-/

Im gonna be going to my local parts store tomorrow to try to find one that will work, otherwise i'll have the stealership special order it...

That sucks. :(

I hope you find one!
BAT can be that way, I had issues with them when I ordered my BAT kit.

What was the problem when you ordered from them?

Oh yea, im working on getting the ford part number and trying to get a replacement from the local parts store, they're having what im hoping will be the right one, shipped in for tomorrow morning... If thats it, the E0 brakes go on tomorrow!!! No more warped rotors!!

They told me that I ordered the last kit available. A week later they called and told me they were out of stock so it would take another week for me to get it. Turns out to be three weeks after it was promised.
Things happen...

I should have asked for the part number for you while I was at the dealership today. I thought you had it so I didn't ask.

I'm still working on getting a part number. None of the local stealerships have any clue that the part is different, they all give me the non-svt clip.

I'm gonna do some more research this afternoon after I get out of lab though...

Christine, is you car an E0??

I have an E0.
I have to run out for a bit and I'll stop at the dealership. I'll see if can get you the number or the part if they have it.

PM'd you the part numbers that my parts guy gave me. Hopefully they are correct.

I got your PM, you have a reply...

After doing some research, I've found that the ST24 uses the same caliper springs as the E0 SVT's...
