im looking at these wheels and really like them. what do you think about them. i can get them in a 17x7 w/42 os or 18x7.5 w/42 os. they would be going on a s/f svt

Personally, regardless of quality/etc. I would never buy anything that says 'Hot Wheels' on it, just for simple fact that I used to play with them as a 'figurine (sp?)' when I was little.... but any other company that makes that wheel, I would rock them

i'd have to agree, the wheels are super sharp, but that damn center cap ruins them... parkedcar to the rescue!!

maybe i can put one of parkedcar's vinyl over it ? i do really like the wheels

That might work, but it also depends on if the hot wheels center cap is engraved or not. If its not I say get those wheels and do some Silver Frost SVT vinyls to go over them.

Hot wheels leading the way........wasnt that their lil saying??? I like the wheels not the center cap/logo and it says hot wheels on the outside of it.... kinda messes it up. If you can cover them go for it if not EHHHH....

does hot wheels actually manufacture the wheels, or could you go straight to the manufacturer and see if they have them with their logo?! jsut an idea!

I know that its just a logo, according too discount tires, which sells Hot wheels rims, they are made by a company called "KMC"

If you check out the KMC website, there are a hell of a lot cooler wheels on there, the one displayed looks sweet, but the Hot wheels centercaps really does make them look kinda like they are toys.

now THOSE on a Silver Frost SVT would look pretty BA, even better those on a black SVT would look friggan awesome.

iirc, hotwheels wheels are WAYYYY too overpriced. not worth it imo. especially with the ghey logo on the centercaps

also found this wheel i like but its 18x9. i think i would have to run a pretty good size spacer.

Cobra R knock-offs. I have a set of these in Ford Motorsport style in 17x9. Had them on my 5.0. They stick out too far to work on the tour although they are the same bolt pattern.

Well, yes, you probably would have to run a spacer to avoid hitting the strut, but the wheel would be out past the fender before you even put a spacer on it. You would probably be a good inch out past the fender. *Insert racial comment here* :blackeye:
