Hahaha, too much time on your hands too. Nice pic though.
I do not know what Burrita's intercooler looks like, but I was wondering if one like this was considered?

If you want anything drawn up in CAD I have a fully licensed verision of Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0.
About the CAI question. The turbo is drawing in the air, so I think in the end you will have the same air pressure with or without the CAI. With the CAI the air will only be a little denser, until it gets compressed and heated by the Turbo. That is what the intercooler is for. I am also sure the turbo could supply a little more pressure to overcome any effect from not having a CAI.
Who makes this type and where is it available at?
Here is the intercooler just came in Fedex It is a beauty I will position it in the car and send a pic later.

Ok I mounted the intercooler and the brackets. Now I can clearly see the aluminum piping will have no problem with clearances. When the kit will be installed the front bumper will be off making the install so easy to do. The radiator will remain in and the air deflectors will be removed. Here are some pics of the intercooler mounted clearily visible so that the mustang might be worried some.......lol. I will give you some more pics once I get Mark's car in the air .........

Im no pro on turbo's or FMIC's in the least but doesn't that look a tad on the small side? When its on the car it looks no bigger than the "oval" grill![]()
