Havent been on here in a while - just curious - Red tour carbon fiber hood and trunk lid - looked good except for the tow truck setting up in front of it ;)

Saw you a day earlier too on 271 - if a you see a Silver CTS-V approaching quick its only me:)

YEP, it was me

$118 tow, and $372 in parts/labor and its back on the road......
One of the spark plugs blew out and stripped all the threads. They had to put a helicoil in there. also had them clean out the intake manifold while they were at it, the guy said he was going to take it apart anyways to make sure I didnt do any head damage.

That had to be one of the worst sounds I have ever heard, I thought I blew it up.....
Oh and the Tow truck guy charged me extra because he had to take the mirko off to get it on the flatbed!

Well, it's good to hear you're back on the road.

I personally hate tow trucks. When my alternator went out last August, they came with a flatbed (which was ok), but when they dropped it off they broke the rear bumper underneath the grill  I had to pay them $50 to tow it 3 miles
