Why the Hockey Hall of Fame of course ;)
What size wrench is required to loosen the tie rod end "lock" bolt and the tie rod end itself... Is it 22MM or 23MM? Also, since these things have not been moved for 15 years, will I be able to get enough leverage to remove them without having the car on a lift?

You should be able to loosen them while having the car jacked up. I think I used a vice grips and a hammer to loosen mine a couple years ago, so I am of no help .

I believe i posted a basic write up of how i have loosened them a while back. ill see if i can find it and if not then ill try to remember as much as possible.

edit: I cant find it, must have posted it a couple years ago. anyways, I used a pipe wrench on the jam nut and while sitting on the ground pushed with my legs while holding onto the fender. the tie-rod was still bolted to the knuckle (had already loosened it from the knuckle though).

IIRC, I used 15/16, or 7/8. One was for tie rod end, other size was for O2 sensor. Pretty sure the 15/16 worked for the Tie rods though.
