What size are the steering rod and rod end wrench size needed for adjusting the toe?

I think the arm itself is a 16mm but I either lost or dont have a 16mm open ended wrench.

I need to go buy wrenches for this tonight.

15mm for the outer tie-rod end to steering arm and 24mm to remove outer tie-rod end to inner tie-rod. I use a 12" cresent for "holding" the outer tie-rod end while tightening to inner tie-rod.

Get long handled open/combo end wrenches where possible - provides addtional leverage, though I did use a 15mm deep on a breaker bar (3/8 or 1/2 drive) for the one nut.
