sad day has come for 5683

I was on the high way when traffic was slowing down and i was hit from behind by an suv which then pushed me into the car in front of me.
My guess is the car is totaled. I have an insurance adjuster coming out to look at it on Monday.

I really dont want this car to be sitting in a junk yard. It was my first car and i took babied this car and made sure it was always maintained the best it could.

It is a 98 with 47 thousand miles!!
On a positive note the svt domed overlay i bought from a guy on the forum stayed in the airbag cover even when the airbag fired!!

yes the damage to the back doesn't look too bad since the suv had a low bumper beam and they hit each other. The front looks so bad because the crown vic (yes it was an officer) bumper beam was just above the bumper beam on my contour.
