I don't see ricotta listed. Looks more of a specialty cheese place vs a place where they make cheese.
I go to Calandra's Cheese in Nazareth (PA), they make all of their own mozzarella, ricotta, etc.

Try searching for Italian cheese stores.

chocolate chip cannolis and tirimisu are definitely in my favorites list, but not everyone does them right. I doubt I could make good ones myself either.

I'll also pretty much eat anything with a cream cheese frosting on it.
