'07 Carlisle All-Ford Nationals

Not sure what time we will be there until. Your best bet would be to give me a call before heading over.
You still have my cell number?

Ok i finally officially registered. So that makes 24. I will try and talk my dad into registering the mustang under CEG so we get the 25. He might want to register under the black mustang club so im not sure if i can get him to register with us or not.

Tell him it's reeeeeaaaallllyyyy important we get to 25 . His Mustang club will probably have no probs doing it . That might do it .

I'm impatient...I think I'll register some bogus Contour to hit 25.

On that note, how closely do they check? Will someone be coming by checking to make sure the number of cars match the number of registrations? Seems far fetched. Not that I condone the kind of chicanery you're suggesting...

NO , they don't/can't check - it'd be MUCH too tough . It's the total people (cars) registered throughout the weekend , because not all cars will be there on any certain day . Besides , there's THOUSANDS of cars there throughout the weekend , they can't look at/count every one .

So, Allen, what are you saying? That, with Glenn's help, we just made the 25?

All-Ford Nationals Showfield

Quantity in Basket: 1
Code: 2850
Price: $45.00

:blackeye:

Well, it'd still be cheaper to register a fake car...does anyone object to that? If not, I say we do it. I'd do it right now, but I wasn't expecting it to jump to $45.

Not exactly the most ethical approach, but I the question becomes: what are our odds of getting one more car? Can they be that shabby? The All-Ford Nationals is the ultimate Ford event. We shouldn't have to persuade anyone to go. They should want to. People should be lined up hundreds deep, dammit.

But, hey, if you decide to pull the trigger on this to make the tent work out -- you've still got some time -- I'll throw you some beers.

At gunpoint. LMAO!

Hang on for a few more days, there are a few people that may still jump in. Grant is one of them.

There really isn't an issue with registering a "ghost" car. The car just doesn't show, they really don't care as the admission was paid.
