Hi folks, i run www.scottishmondeoforum.com my name is Bob Adam

We have over 200 members in our club and many ask about availability of spares and ideas of modifying their cars.

I hope to be able to seek advise from yourselves.

I will post up some pictures of events we have been to just to et you see what kind of cars we have on show.

The contour is a Mondeo over here.

We'd love to see some pics of Mondeos.
 
Mondeo owners definately welcome here. Some of the other Mondeo owners on the Continent and in the UK have some VERY nice mods. Some of them even get SVT bits to bolt on.

Love to see some pictures from one of your meets. I like your version better than what we got here. Now that the Contour is no longer made, Ford may end up shipping the Mondeo into the US eventually. We'll wait & see.
 
You got a few things done to that then.

Threw me a wee bit with the steering wheel on the 'wrong' side of the car. LOL
 
Hey mate, just a lil bit south of you, lol Alnwick, just off A1 bout 30miles south of the border, lol. Nice Mondy, you ever on FordSTOC?
 
Matt ive been to Alnwick a few times now,the wifes dad used to have a caravan at Haggerston and we,d take a run down there,took the kids to the castle to see where parts of harry potter were filmed,nice part of the country.

I just went and signed up for you Forums. Nice setup.

I am positive that two of the Products Joey (burritaSVT) and I are making are going to be usable by two of the UK ST model cars. We are co-developing turbo kits for two model lines right now. I'm building it for the Volvo S40 T5 with AWD simultaneously.

That means these kits should apply to the Mondeo ST200 and 220, and the FocusST 225.

I need some good pictures of exhaust and undercarriage placement for both the Mondeo St200/220 and the FocusST 225 so that we can make sure our stuff will fit without issues.

Anyways we just started our business and working to get these things done.

St24 and 200 are similar with a Duratec 2.5lt V6, the 220 has a 3.0lt V6,

The Focus ST is the only one with the same engine as the Volvo T5

What Kit are you producing?
 
Some nice cars there....We were in Scotland last June and the country is so beautiful...So green...We checked out the castle and the zoo...Did all the tourist spots...It was during World Cup so everyone was in a great mood...Loved to go back....

Hey, go to the Group Buy forum and look at the thread entitled "who would be interested"

That tells you everything. The plan is to make the kit compatible with Mondeo V6 engines, meaning the 2.5L and 3L engines.

If you are wondering how it will look or what power levels it produces, look at my website in my signature for pictures and dyno sheets of the kit I made for my own Contour. The new kit is similar. All pictures in the thread I mentioned above.

Yes I knew the FocusST is the only one with the Volvo engine. I currently am probably 90% finished with the turbo kit for the Volvo S40 that will use Tubular header manifold and support either T3/4 or GT series turbos.
