Edit: The NY excuse is quite lame. I have a few friends that live on SI and their cars are still nice. Look at Bill's ex-SVT, lived in Queens and never had rust.
Do they have garages? do they live right on the beach?? bills car was never driven in the winter...and i can't even speak for how mine was treated before i got it. i know it had been parked under a tree in the grass for a long time when i got it...and it already had 50k on it. in 2001!
and yeah, you did have dents on your car...a nice baseball size one in the drivers rear quarter where the bumper starts. it was there for a LONG time too, and i saw it in person several times. It wasn't from a rear end accident either, and if you still insist that it wasn't there then you're lying.
i'm sorry you feel disappointed. but your comments are not warranted. mainly because you don't know what you're talking about. The front bumper was not my fault. It was a blown out tire on BQE after coming around a pretty blind turn at night. I suppose I should have just swerved and hit the person that was right beside me though

there was no way i could have safely avoided it...or i would have.
the car also was involved in 2 hit and runs. would you like to see the police reports?? you saw the damage from one at SZ02.
But somehow that's all my fault and i beat up my car
hell i drove to maryland and bought a SF door off a guy who was parting out his car cause I wasn't happy with the body work after the first hit & run - and that was after making them do it again!
The scratch on the rear passengers door was there when i got it.
The rear bumper and the dent under the tail light were caused by me backing into a pole. The only damn thing i ever hit out of a stupid move with that car.
Had i kept the car, I would have had all that stuff fixed....but since i wanted a new car i decided it was more practical to sell it at a VERY reasonable price. And glen can attest to the azzload of replacement parts i gave him with the car and that i had every intention of fixing the blemishes. Not to mention the $12-1500 i spent on it right before selling. New plugs/wires, alternator, brake pads and rotors (front/rear), new 02 sensor, oil pan gasket, new tires and i cleaned up the wiring from the battery relocation under the hood and also added a better fuse in the rear.
Regardless, the car is mechanically sound and in it's prime looked a whole lot better than yours did chris, and it still does....don't come on here and tell ME how I treated MY car. Cause you really have no idea.
EDIT: oh yeah, i forgot...how many times was your featured in the CEG calendar?? And how many times was it car of the month (when it was still being done)??
Exactly....
