Spotted this T-Green SVT at Lowes in Plainville last Friday (7/16) at 7:30 PM. This is right around the corner from my house but I've never seen a T-Green in my area in all the years I've owned my SVT.

Mr. Bill has an exhaust on the car now, but I'm not sure exactly when he got it on.
yes the car has an exhaust now. it also still has the pin strip. it doesn't look that this car does.
