i'm not sure if its the only cable that will work, but the 99-04 3.8 cruise cable works like stock. the overall lenght is about 5 inches longer, but that doesnt affect anything.

i just installed the NPG adaptor this weekend, be prepared to do some slight modifications to the plate that holds the oem fuel lines to the block, and you might have to open up the screw holes on the FPR so they line up with the holes on the NPG block.

Hahaha! I remember this thread! That was painful...@boumacj (man can't even do the @ on here, haven't been back on here in years....old school, love it!), may have to remind in another 3-5 years!
