Vortech is holding up great! have a new coupler and withstood up to 200+ miles when i went home for x-mas. Car feels strong and pulls great. CSVT Dirty since i didnt wanna spend a day cleaning it when i was only going to be home for 7 days or so but here are a few pics, along with my dad's toys. Got him a JLT CAI 4" paint matched...super clean Cobra, not much has been done to the Mach yet. Waiting for the summer to start working on it again. Enjoy.

Once i get back home the Vortech will be redone with Mandrel Intakes PC'ed and cleaned engine. along with the rest of the interior finished. Shoulda took some vid of her but nothing i did in her was legal..ill get some more pix this summer and vids

looks good man, you really need a new air filter on that thing, also what size exhaust are you running?

Great John, yeah I finally got a ride in it while its working and it pulls like a mother, I just cant wait till we can race:eek::eek::eek:

Current fix is a 30K RPM rated U-Joint type coupler with set screws. Heat resistent up to some ungodly number. Cost a pretty penny but it works! The airfilter is a POS and when i get new intake pipes thats when ill replace the filter and etc. Also i need larger injectors and the crappy FMU from vortech taken off and a SCT Dyno Tune. Xcal 3 or similiar. No current numbers or anything. Car needs some work though. Been gone along time. Here a couple of pictures of my dads engines...

04 Cobra...Steigy Stage one Ported Eaton. 2.98(or a 93) pulley. Small suspension mods and other lil goodies. JLT Cai that i previously mentioned also..

Now for the Mach1...351C original motor. I rebuilt it along with my dad a few years back. all the good N/A stuff. The Mach will oneday be restored but right now she's just a sunday cruiser.

Thats the reason I love coming to your house John, you and your dads awsome cars man, well that and yall are cool:laugh:

Thanks everyone. the CSVT is my project...its a great car and i love it. i did something illiegal to a WS6 Trans Am when i was home and he didnt like it it too much and he was a"gasnta" and wanted to FIGHT me and that kidna stuff after the race but its nice having a Garage Full of Rare and Fast Vehicles. I owe my dad all what i know about cars and love it each day.

When i get back there should be a 3L/Vortech thread on my build with the CSVT so get ready....A dream might just come true. thanks for looking yall.

Looking through you F-Quick profile, what is with the black skirts and black on the front bumper? Is there anything you could do to the back bumper to tie it all in?
