do you have an idea of when your gonnna throw the turbo in? cause i'd realllly like to watch.. im only 30 ish mins away from harrisburg, so its not far. OR if you think you could use an extra hand... PM me!! but let me know either way :laugh:

Probably in the next couple of weeks...finally spoke to Bagged and the injector harness (I'm hoping) should go out this weekend. I think we need to drop the oil plan and tap the drain line next and then it's just plumbing the pipes and running the gauges...I'll keep you posted and thanks for the offer! :)
 
would you be able to take pics of what and where you need to cut the sheet medal in the fender to install the intake pipe? no one before has posted pictures of that. thanks!

dang, you should have said something a week ago, i had my front clip off and doing some springtime maintenance on my car. i could have snapped a couple pics of the area you are talking about...sorry.

don't wory about it as I just thought about it when I say this post. BUt I do still have another month or so before I install my kit ...

Should have had me clean it, after cleaning four of them, I'm a pro.
During the second cleaning Jason made me a plastic bag shirt since I was using the cordless drill w/ the brush on the LIM. Remember, I like to get dirty. :laugh:
 
Here's some updates; turbo install is going a little slow because only have time to work on it on Saturdays, but here's the progress thus far:

fuel injector connectors had to be swapped to the earlier style, major pain to get it to fit in the factory shroud/case after soldering...

the infamous 2" hole from the engine bay after making the slits to fit the intercooler pipe flush to the frame...

thanks! ^no, it looks lighter in the photo than what it does in person...it's not a perfect match, but it is the tan color for the Contour interior.
