You need a tighter radius 90* bend for that downpipe
I guess I am trying to keep from subtracting stuff like xcal2 because it will be mandatory for the kit to work one way or the other. I am very sure you can find someone who will buy the xcal2 for nearly retail since it is new. Just find someone who needs one and sell it to them. I am selling the kit complete if you have injectors etc. Just sell them to someone I promise you won't lose much money on it. In order for me to keep the prices where they will be cheaper I need to buy in bulk and if I have stuff on the shelf as overstock then that is bad business to have large stock since people want to subtract the parts from the kit. So either way I up the price since i can't buy in bulk and you pay a hundred or so more than I want due to higher cost or just sell off the part new in the box to someone and keep the kit price low budget.
Ok I will consult with Tom and More likely we exclude this piece from the kit since maybe someone wants to do a flip-chip with someone else or xcal2 with a tuner of their choice. We will price our xcal comparable to others but make the tune less expensive with the kit. I will make the call that this will be the new plan. Like I said before i am here for suggestions and you definitly made a valid point. But the rest of the kit will remain the same and the tuning choices will be at the buyer choice.
Thanks Joey
i think its a good idea not to include it but have it as an option that way in your area you dont have 5-10 people with an xcal2 that all do the same thing. when where if one person were to buy it or everyone chips in to get it that way your not paying for all of it but you get to use the tune.

I've bought your big brake kit, and I am affirmative that I will be getting the new Turbo kit from you and Burrita.

Please advise. If you think it's good to get the unit now, then please tell me how much you charge for a basic tune. ... However, I do look forward to your new Turbo kit, so maybe just wait a little bit longer and get it all together?

I will tell you guys the price I am looking at is at about 2500.00 to 2700.00 to sell it a complete kit now the only exception to price break if you have a xcal2 since we only will tune with this peice. Also if you have injectors then sell yours or the new ones I will not make a turn key kit so that I am not left with parts on the shelf.
as some know you can't get xcal2 cheaper than the manafacturer want the distributors to sell it.
So we are in line considering the pricing policies. This way, people who have no prior experience nor owning an XCal2 (Doug, I mean youAlmost all ECU reflasher/programmer manufacturers (for example, SCT, Cobb Tuning, etc.) require the reseller to sign a contract to sell the unit at MSRP. The only leeway a reseller can have is free shipping. So even you guys can get a volume discount on the XCal2s, you are still required to sell at about MSRP. However, you can definitely have bundle deal with the tune, in which you do not break the agreement with SCT because there is no listing how much you charge for the XCal2 itself.
