Sure. That would be sweet. I know they are not cheap. But they are good people so it would be worth it..I have heard good things about them, I am just wondering how expensive they are. Wanna come with if I get the car dynoed and tuned?
JASON!!! I am leaving in a little bit here. I am coming up there to browse dealers. I did look at the outback and its number one on the list right now. Its very clean and seems to drive and handle well.
I know people think I should just keep my car and fix it, but honestly im tired of fixing it and the stuff thats going wrong is just drivin me nuts. I will see what I see I guess.
Car is rolling again. Weird thing after I let it sit for a couple days at my freinds to where the battery was dead when I went out start it. Jumped it, and it went right away. Next day at the shop the battery was dead again. I am wondering if it is the factory alarm being set off. I know he said that it was extreamly sensitive.
quite breakin it.... sheesh.
Unlock the car and look at the alarm light to the left of the steering wheel (w/out key in it) It should not be flashing quickly... just a quick blink or two and then a pause. check your int. lights as well (dimmer switch)
Quick enough for you?
Well it looks like its gonna be the subie. I did some reading up and I think it will be good. The guy sells a powertrain warranty with it so im not too worried right now.
Well honestly im more concerned about the headgasket.. But I was reading on an outback forum and I know how to check for that.. The timing belt im not so concerned about..If it goes ill just get it fixed or fix it myself. I really cant wait to do some off roading..:laugh:
Edit: Oh and trust me about the mileage...I know its not gonna be great.. But it will be better than an Expedition or F-150..lol
Absolutely... I have tried selling it and I really cant get anything out of it so im not gonna bother anymore. Im honestly just kind of sick of it. I want an auto agin too... Im getting lazy I guess.:laugh:You will love the AWD in winter there. Doesn't matter how much snow you have, that bugger will go right threw it no problem. The amount you can haul is extreamly nice as well. Are you trading in your car?

My friend Adam that had the Jetta just bought a jeep so I told him if I get this Outback then we can go off-roading...lol...
Yeah its pretty nice. He wants less than book too so that will work in my favor. Im pretty excited. I was going to have my uncle look at it but I think im just going to go and do the deed after work this afternoon.Another nice thing about that car is the resale. Everyone is looking for one. We had ours listed for not even a week before someone bought it.

Well I dont think its gonna take you more than an hour to run your car a few times..lol.. Doesnt surprise me that they are booked. THey are pretty popular nationwide. Your driving that car in the winter?!?!?!?!?I contacted Archer Racing about dynoing, and they said they do it at $85/hour but they are booked until November. Is that a good price?
